Over the past 25 years, working across various sectors, I have gained extensive experience delivering people support services. A qualified Level 6 Career Guidance Specialist, I am passionate about working collaboratively to support students and clients enabling them to reach their potential and achieve their goals.
MCIPD qualified with over 20 years’ HR experience across a number of different sectors covering public sector, SME's and large corporate business.
My love for HR and enabling businesses to maximise their people has never been stronger which is why, along with my sister-in-law we formed Franklin Hammond.
